Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage internal communication channels and ticketing systems during the night shift.
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of daily reports to the management team.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on digital assets and customer interactions.
- Provide basic technical troubleshooting support for remote employees.
- Collaborate with the day shift team via secure communication platforms to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (preferred majors: Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications).
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
