Responsibilities
- Support night shift operations including system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-time projects
- Document processes and create technical documentation
- Assist in data analysis and reporting for operational improvements
- Participate in agile development sprints and stand-up meetings
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system deployments
- Contribute to automation scripts for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript (coursework acceptable)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during academic semesters
