Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain system performance during night operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving support tickets efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and handovers.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate digital records within the CRM.
- Conduct system audits and report any anomalies or security concerns immediately.
- Support the QA team with regression testing and bug reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without direct supervision.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, or basic SQL is a plus.
