Role Overview
As an Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our 24/7 operations. You will assist in monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and analyzing data sets to drive business decisions. This is a high-impact position where your contributions will be visible immediately.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system logs and performance metrics during night operations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical tickets submitted by internal clients.
- Analyze raw data sets to generate actionable insights and reports for the management team.
- Collaborate with the development team to test and debug new software features.
- Update and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance on internal databases and tools.
- Support the execution of data migration projects during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL, or Java) and database management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Available to work a full-time night shift schedule.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
