Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, network performance, and security alerts during off-hours.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and suggest workflow optimizations.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift teams during critical handovers.
- Assist in deploying software updates and managing user account access.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (evenings and overnight).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows or Linux is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and workspace for remote duties.
