Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance data during overnight hours.
- Assist in data entry, verification, and generation of daily reports.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure continuity of operations.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on deliverables.
- Support the implementation and testing of new software tools.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
