Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team with data entry, verification, and processing tasks.
- Monitor system performance logs and report any anomalies or errors to the senior engineering team.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on incoming data sets to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deliverables during off-peak hours.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all assigned tasks.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders via ticketing systems during the shift.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a recurring basis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL queries is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
