As an Intern, you will work closely with our Senior Engineers and Support Staff, supporting critical infrastructure during our night operations. This role is perfect for those who excel in a quiet, focused environment and want to build a robust resume in Information Technology.

Responsibilities
- Monitor & Maintain: Oversee system performance and network stability during night shifts to ensure zero downtime for clients.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by the support team, escalating complex problems to senior staff.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Assist in the accurate logging of system logs, incident reports, and maintenance schedules.
- Security Compliance: Assist in routine security checks and vulnerability scanning to protect company assets.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for night operations.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of critical tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (specific shifts TBD based on interview).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking concepts, database management (SQL), or scripting languages (Python/Bash) is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Reliability: Must demonstrate punctuality, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- Legal: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
