Responsibilities
- Monitor Data Streams: Assist in the real-time monitoring of incoming data feeds and ensure accuracy before nightly processing.
- Database Maintenance: Perform routine updates, corrections, and archiving of internal databases during off-peak hours.
- Report Compilation: Generate and format nightly performance reports for the morning leadership team.
- Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting and support to internal staff during the night shift.
- Process Adherence: Strictly follow established night shift protocols and security procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor’s or Associate’s) in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and strong typing/data entry skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
