Responsibilities
- Support development of software applications and debugging tasks
- Assist in data analysis and reporting for client projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during evening sprints
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Test and deploy software updates in staging environments
- Shadow senior engineers to learn best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++ programming
- Available to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Comfortable with version control tools (Git/SVN)
- Must have reliable transportation to our Tucson facility
