Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems during overnight operations
- Assist with cybersecurity vulnerability scanning and incident response
- Support data analytics projects using SQL and Python
- Collaborate on cloud migration initiatives (AWS/Azure)
- Document technical processes and create SOPs
- Participate in daily shift handover meetings
- Test and deploy software updates during low-traffic windows
- Contribute to automation scripts for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with SQL or Python preferred
- Ability to work independently in overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Relevant coursework or personal projects
- Available to work 3-4 nights per week (minimum 20 hours)
