Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems during overnight hours
- Support data center operations and server maintenance
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack and virtual meetings
- Participate in agile development sprints
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and compliance checks
- Contribute to automation script development
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Available for 3-4 night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with Python or scripting languages
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Available for summer or fall 2024 start date
