Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming technical support tickets during evening hours to ensure rapid resolution.
- Assist senior technicians with system maintenance tasks, database updates, and data validation.
- Document user feedback, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct routine checks on local server infrastructure and network performance to prevent downtime.
- Participate in nightly team stand-ups and provide status updates on ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree program (Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field).
- Strong understanding of basic computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of focus and reliability during night shifts.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting languages is a plus.
