Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal IT systems and network infrastructure during night operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing remote support to on-site staff.
- Perform accurate data entry and update digital records and logs.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure seamless workflow and security protocols.
- Conduct routine system backups and preliminary security checks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
- Must be able to start between June and September 2024.
