Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 system monitoring and incident resolution during night shifts
- Assist in software testing, debugging, and documentation for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Agile development cycles
- Monitor network security protocols and report anomalies
- Participate in sprint retrospectives and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge base entries
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Computer Science/IT/Engineering preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall semester
