Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot system alerts and resolve technical incidents within SLA
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover and documentation
- Deploy patches and updates during off-peak hours with precision
- Participate in cross-functional projects including automation initiatives
- Maintain detailed system performance logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or Engineering degree
- Availability for consistent night shifts (4-5 days/week)
