Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal systems and databases during night hours.
- Assist in data entry, analysis, and verification processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff.
- Generate nightly reports and update project logs.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Computer Science, IT, or Business preferred).
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and software applications.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
