Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during overnight shifts
- Monitor and resolve network security incidents using SIEM tools
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on system deployments and maintenance windows
- Perform server maintenance and cloud infrastructure health checks
- Participate in cross-departmental sprint planning and retrospectives
- Contribute to automation scripts for repetitive support tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related degree program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with command-line interfaces and scripting (Python/Bash preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Relevant coursework or personal projects demonstrating technical aptitude
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (preferred but not required)
