- Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital archives and databases.
- Document technical procedures and update internal wikis for the night team.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding critical alerts.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems logically.
- Must be able to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.

- Reliable transportation and availability to work 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
