Responsibilities
- Monitor server logs and system performance to identify anomalies and potential outages during night operations.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of software updates and patches.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues reported by internal stakeholders.
- Document all technical processes and incident reports in our centralized knowledge base.
- Conduct security audits and compliance checks to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the QA team to test new features in a staging environment.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during night shifts.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
