Our night shift team plays a crucial role in maintaining system uptime and supporting our client base during off-hours. You will work alongside senior engineers and recruiters, receiving mentorship that accelerates your professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the IT team in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for remote and on-site clients.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of system logs and perform routine data verification tasks.
- Project Assistance: Support the QA (Quality Assurance) team in testing new software releases during non-peak hours.
- Communication: Liaise with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Documentation: Update technical documentation and internal knowledge bases with daily insights.
- Security Monitoring: Monitor security alerts and assist in responding to basic security queries.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Basic Skills: Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and commitment to deadlines.
