Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Assist in the real-time monitoring of server logs and network traffic to ensure 24/7 operational stability.
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately process and maintain large datasets in our proprietary CRM systems during off-peak hours.
- Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 support to internal teams and resolve basic technical issues remotely.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and shift reports for the night team.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams via chat and email to hand over critical updates.
- Security Audits: Assist in basic security checks and compliance verification tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Availability: Must be available to work 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic IT concepts, networking protocols, and database management tools.
