Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, network traffic, and system performance during assigned night shifts.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of incoming technical support tickets.
- Perform routine data entry, validation, and database updates with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document system changes, maintain logs, and update technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
- Test software patches and updates in a controlled environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking fundamentals.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems without direct supervision.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
