Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and network traffic during night shifts to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Assist in data entry, validation, and maintenance of internal databases.
- Conduct preliminary troubleshooting of technical issues reported by end-users.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for the technical team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize night-shift workflows.
- Ensure all compliance and security protocols are followed strictly.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
