Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the stability of our local and cloud-based server infrastructure during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new software applications and updates.
- Perform routine data backups and ensure data integrity and security protocols are met.
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for the support team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical roadblocks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and scripting languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Availability to start between Summer 2024 and Fall 2024.
