Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware troubleshooting.
- Availability to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
