We are looking for ambitious students to join our team as Night Shift Technical Interns in San Jose, California. What You'll Do:
As an intern, you will gain exposure to real-world technologies, working directly with our senior engineering staff. You will be responsible for maintaining system uptime, assisting with troubleshooting, and learning the ins and outs of enterprise-level support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and alert networks for potential issues during the night shift.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and security patches.
- Log and resolve technical tickets submitted by internal staff with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist in the configuration and management of network devices and servers.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to improve team processes.
- Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on assigned projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
- Availability to work Night Shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or a similar programming language.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking and DNS.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Must be able to obtain required college credit documentation.
