As a Night Shift Intern, you will play a critical role in maintaining our 24/7 operational infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize database performance, and ensure seamless service delivery during the critical night hours.

Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and system performance during night operations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in debugging and resolving technical tickets escalated from the evening support team.
- Update and maintain technical documentation, logs, and runbooks.
- Perform routine database backups and data integrity checks.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement minor code patches and feature enhancements.
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments on internal systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive College Credit for internship work.
- Available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or SQL is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
