Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems and databases during night operations to ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist senior engineers in executing nightly data backups and system maintenance procedures.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to identify trends and potential issues.
- Respond to internal support tickets and resolve basic technical queries for the night shift team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network fundamentals.
- Must be available to work evening and night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM) on a full-time or part-time basis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for on-site collaboration.
