Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Night Shift Intern to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, PA. This role is perfect for students looking to gain practical experience in technical support and SEO operations during the Summer or Fall semester. You will play a critical role in maintaining our 24/7 service standards and supporting our remote teams.
As an intern, you will work directly with our operations and content teams to ensure seamless night-time workflows and data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Monitoring: Assist the night operations team with troubleshooting basic technical issues and monitoring system performance logs.
- SEO Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research and help update meta tags, titles, and descriptions for web pages to improve search engine visibility.
- Data Management: Perform nightly data entry tasks, ensuring all records in the CRM are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Communication: Draft responses to customer inquiries and support tickets during off-peak hours.
- Reporting: Compile daily status reports on tasks completed during the night shift for the morning handover meeting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with remote teams in Virginia and Philadelphia to align on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or Communications.
- Availability: Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, familiarity with Google Analytics, and strong attention to detail.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently during night hours.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members across time zones.
- Commitment: Ability to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
