Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and infrastructure during the night shift.
- Assist in data entry, ticket resolution, and system maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to ensure 100% uptime.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Perform routine system checks and backups as directed by senior staff.
- Provide basic technical support and customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in weekly night shift debriefs and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (undergraduate or graduate).
- Must be able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to our Tucson office.
- Availability to complete the required internship hours for college credit.
- High school diploma or equivalent (for associate level internships).
