Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues for clients via phone and remote access.
- Log and categorize incoming support tickets accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior support team to escalate and resolve complex technical escalations.
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles to help future support agents.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the systems administration team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting basics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
