Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming technical support tickets during the designated night shift hours.
- Perform hardware diagnostics, software installations, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the internal knowledge base.
- Assist senior engineers with system maintenance, patch management, and security updates.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients via chat and email.
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met during the overnight period.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
