- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Assist end-users with hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing systems and phone support.
- Customer Interaction: Provide empathetic, professional, and timely technical support to clients during night operations.
- System Monitoring: Monitor server health and system alerts to proactively prevent downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of technical issues, resolutions, and user feedback in our CRM.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with day-shift analysts to hand over critical issues and ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems, basic networking concepts, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) and weekends.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and adapt quickly to new technologies and challenges.
