Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure and server performance during night hours.
- Respond to and resolve technical tickets and support requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure smooth operational handovers.
- Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware configurations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
