Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during night shift operations.
- Respond to incoming support tickets and resolve basic technical inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with day-shift analysts to ensure smooth handovers and documentation of ongoing issues.
- Assist in data entry, database management, and the maintenance of digital records.
- Participate in nightly security audits and system backups.
- Provide feedback to management on operational inefficiencies and system improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
