Responsibilities
- Monitor server logs and infrastructure to identify and resolve technical issues during the night shift.
- Assist the engineering team with the deployment and configuration of software updates.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via ticketing systems.
- Conduct routine security audits and data backups to ensure compliance.
- Document technical incidents and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the QA team to test new features after hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must have completed at least one year of college coursework.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week, specifically during night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
