Join TechFlow Solutions Tampa as a Night Shift Technical Support Intern and gain hands-on experience while earning college credit. We are seeking a detail-oriented student to support our 24/7 operations team. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via chat and email during night shifts.
- Monitor system performance logs and alert the senior team to potential technical anomalies.
- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine software updates and maintenance checks on internal servers.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve bugs in beta software applications.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and ticket resolution.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
