Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems and client tickets during night hours to ensure business continuity.
- SEO Research: Assist the marketing team in conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization tasks.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize digital tools to identify and engage potential candidates for open technical roles.
- Content Management: Update and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine backups and system checks to maintain data integrity during off-peak hours.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders via chat and email to resolve urgent technical issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work 3-4 shifts per week during our night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, SEO principles, and troubleshooting Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct online research and analyze data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, or project management software is a plus.
