Responsibilities
- Assist the IT and Operations teams with daily administrative tasks and data management.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on office hardware and software.
- Support the marketing department with social media content scheduling and research.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and project planning sessions.
- Learn and document internal processes and workflows.
- Help organize and coordinate company events and community outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- No prior professional experience required—attitude and eagerness to learn are more important.
- Strong basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to the Louisville office.
