Premier Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated and talented Paid Internship - College Credit candidate for our Detroit office. This is an immediate hire opportunity for students who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world projects in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of internal software systems used by the Detroit operations team.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to the IT support team for resolution.
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Support the implementation of new software tools and train junior team members on their use.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be eligible for College Credit and have approval from your university advisor.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, database management, or network systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime during critical project phases.
