Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Strategy: Assist in optimizing web content for search engines and developing engaging blog posts and articles.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms for local and national campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track website performance using Google Analytics and prepare weekly reports on traffic and engagement metrics.
- Local Market Research: Analyze market trends in Charlotte and Georgia to identify new business opportunities.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the team on email marketing initiatives and PPC campaign management.
- Link Building: Execute outreach campaigns to build high-quality backlinks for our client websites.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required, but coursework in marketing or digital media is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of SEO tools is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Availability: Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, including some weekends or evenings as needed.
- Location: Must reside in Charlotte, NC or be willing to commute. Remote candidates in Georgia considered.
