Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to test new software updates and patches.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct basic user training sessions on internal software tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
