Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Team: Support daily operations of digital marketing campaigns, including social media management and content creation.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with potential clients via phone and email to generate leads and answer inquiries.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends and competitor activities to help refine our strategies.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing local community events and promotional activities.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads and assist in compiling weekly performance reports.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to contribute new ideas.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Freshman to Senior level).
- Experience: No prior professional experience is necessary. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and typing speed.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Fresno office.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a 20-30 hour work week.
