- Perform technical troubleshooting, debugging, and testing of software solutions.
- Write clear and concise technical documentation and user guides.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development concepts.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
