Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support business strategy.
- Manage and update client databases with accurate information.
- Coordinate and schedule internal team meetings and client calls.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentation materials for management.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
