Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Monitor and update internal databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via email and phone.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to ongoing projects.
- Support the marketing department with social media content and campaign tracking.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of internet search engines and research methodologies.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
