Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and marketing team in executing daily campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage client communications via email and phone with a focus on relationship building.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM database.
- Support the team in organizing events and promotional activities.
- Learn and apply digital marketing tools and software effectively.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or recently graduated).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
