Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough analysis of local markets in Charlotte and Pennsylvania to identify growth opportunities.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute daily operational goals and strategies.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and staffing community events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status preferred).
- Enrollment: Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
