Responsibilities
- Project Assistance: Support the marketing and operations teams in executing daily projects and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with audiences across various platforms to increase brand visibility.
- SEO & Research: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and optimize content strategies.
- Content Creation: Assist in drafting blog posts, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet organizational goals.
- Performance Reporting: Help compile weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong problem-solving abilities.
